• Late payments may result in paused work, suspended services, or additional fees
• Fees paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely and accurate information, approvals, content, credentials, and feedback necessary for us to perform the services. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing materials, late approvals, or lack of communication from the client.

5. Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

For standard website projects, upon full payment, the client owns the final website deliverables and the domain purchased for the client.

Ownership does not automatically include:

• Third-party software or subscriptions
• Licensed themes, plugins, fonts, or assets
• Proprietary frameworks, systems, templates, prompts, or internal workflows
• Hosting environments managed by us
• Custom automation infrastructure unless specifically transferred in writing

For fully custom or tailored solutions, ownership, licensing, and access rights may vary depending on the scope, tools, integrations, and systems involved. Any project-specific ownership terms will be outlined in the applicable proposal or agreement.

6. Hosting, Maintenance, and Managed Services

If you purchase hosting, maintenance, or managed services from us:

• We may use third-party providers
• We may suspend service for non-payment
• We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers
• Access to certain tools, dashboards, and systems may vary by package

7. SEO, AI, and Automation Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, revenue, or business outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing. AI-generated outputs, chatbot behavior, automation flows, and marketing results may vary. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content and workflows where applicable.

8. Revisions and Scope Changes

Packages may include a limited number of revisions or a defined scope. Work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and a separate timeline.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services that violate these Terms or applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property
